Alisa Candice Stern - Nutrabolics Brand Ambassador

Hi my name is Alisa Candice Stern and I am from beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

I am a Master's Figure competitor, Fitness model and Special Education Teacher. I am excited to begin preparing for the 2012 Figure competition season representing Nutrabolics as a Brand Amabassador. My favourite Nutrabolics products are Hemodrene for Her for fat burning, Aminocell for energy, Vitabolic multivitamin, Superfats (Omega's) and Isobolic Protein Powder.

I take two Hemodrene for Her in the morning on an empty stomach prior to am cardio and a scoop of Aminocell in my filtered water for an optimum energy boost. During my afternoon weights workout, I take two Hemodrene for Her with a scoop of Aminocell. One Superfats three times a day with meals. One Vitabolic twice a day with meals. This multi-vitamin helps to provide energy and overall sense of wellness. I also take Isobolic protein powder after weight training then at night as an extra meal if I am still hungry. Nutrabolics helps me maintain a well sculpted physique all year. These products are amazing !
