Blueberry Power Shake

  • 1 Cup of Skim Milk or Water 
  • 1/2 Cup of Blueberry Juice
  • 1/2 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 scoop of Nutrabolics Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Add in some ice
  • Blend until smooth
  • Enjoy your Fruity Fun Shake
